- Card payment: Cardholder name, email address, address, card details, VAT number (if required).

Why do we process your personal information?

"NOTIFIER" LTD provides data to:

competent state authorities and institutions when required by the country's legislation and in accordance with its provisions, as well as to public authorities (National Revenue Agency, National Social Security Institute, Ministry of Interior, judicial authorities, control authorities, local government bodies, etc.);
to a processor of personal data (natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of and at the direction of the controller or by assignment) - accounting firm, IT company maintaining the information system, subcontractors under contract, etc.;
to business partners - for direct marketing purposes, joint products and services. These third parties will use personal data only for the purposes for which they were collected and for the purpose of providing services related to the company's business.

Period for storing personal data

"NOTIFIER" LTD will store personal data for a period in accordance with the applicable legislation and depending on the purpose for which they were collected. The period will not be longer than necessary. When the collected personal data is no longer needed for the stated purposes, "Notifier" LTD will delete or destroy it in a secure and reliable manner.
