Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between "NOTIFIER" LTD, EIC 207996691, with registered office and management address: 9 Stefan Verkovich St., Apt. 3, Plovdiv 4000, hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER, and users, hereinafter referred to as USERS, regarding the services provided by the PROVIDER within the information society, hereinafter referred to as the SERVICES.

Service Characteristics

The service provided by the Provider to the User is an information society service within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce Act.

The main characteristics of the Service are as follows:

• providing communication services via SMS and Viber
• automated sending of notifications and reminders
• message history
• contact management capability
• ability to modify User data
• ability to modify User subscription

The Provider provides, and Users use the Service according to the parameters announced on the Provider's website.

Service Price

• The Provider provides the Service for a fee, payable by the User according to their chosen plan when the Service is paid. Information about different Service parameters can be provided individually for each User.
• The User pays the Service price in accordance with the conditions determined by the Provider. The Provider confirms receipt of payment through Service activation and other appropriate electronic confirmation.

Service Provision and Contract Characteristics

These terms and conditions apply to both services requiring registration and those where registration is not mandatory.

• The User can only send messages for reminder purposes.
• Sending messages for marketing purposes is strictly prohibited.
• To use the Service, the User must set a password for remote access. The remote access password is determined by the User through online registration on the Provider's website, according to the procedure specified therein and in these terms and conditions.
• By filling in their data and clicking the "Registration" / "Login" buttons or other statements of consent, including when using login options through external providers such as Google, Facebook, or others, the User declares that they are familiar with these terms and conditions, agree with their content, and unconditionally undertake to comply with them.
• When performing registration, the User is obliged to provide true and current data. In case of changes, the User can update the data specified in their registration.
• The contract between the Provider and the User consists of these terms and conditions together with all amendments and additions thereto.
• The User must use the Service in good faith and for its intended purpose.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• These terms and conditions may be modified by the Provider. When making such changes, the Provider will notify all registered Users in an appropriate manner.
• The User has a 14-day period in which they can declare rejection of the changes.

Contract Termination

The contract for the provision of the Service may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• Termination upon contract expiration.
• Termination upon payment cessation.
• Termination by mutual agreement.
• Unilateral termination with notice in case of non-fulfillment of obligations.
• Termination in case of malicious or unlawful actions.

Additional Terms

• The invalidity of any provision of these terms and conditions does not result in the invalidity of the entire contract.
• For matters not regulated in this contract, the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
